1. Overview & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to CCM Ecom Global (https://ccmecomglobal.com). By browsing our website, creating an order, or downloading any website theme, template, or design system, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Commercial License Agreement.

2. Digital Products & Licensing

All products offered on ccmecomglobal.com are digital software products (WordPress/WooCommerce themes, Shopify Online Store 2.0 themes, Next.js storefront templates, and HTML5/CSS UI kits). Themes are licensed, not sold. Your rights to use each theme depend on the license tier selected at checkout (Standard License, Extended Agency License, or Studio All-Access Pass).

3. Pricing, Billing & Invoices

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). Upon submitting an order at /checkout/, an official commercial invoice and Order ID are issued immediately. Licenses and downloadable archives are activated upon payment verification.

4. Updates & Technical Support

Standard Licenses include twelve (12) months of compatibility updates and technical support via [email protected]. Extended Agency and Lifetime licenses include lifetime updates for the covered product version series.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not redistribute, resell, lease, sublicense, or publish our raw source files on any competing theme marketplace, torrent, or public repository without prior written authorization from CCM Ecom Global.
