1. 14-Day Technical Guarantee

At CCM Ecom Global, every theme is rigorously tested across modern browsers and platform releases. Because our products are non-tangible, irrevocable digital software archives with full source code, we offer a transparent 14-Day Technical Defect Guarantee.

2. When a Full Refund or Exchange Is Granted

• Pre-Download Cancellation: If you placed an order or invoice request and have not yet downloaded the theme archive, you may request an immediate 100% cancellation and refund within 14 days.
• Unresolved Technical Defect: If a theme exhibits a verifiable core bug that prevents it from functioning as demonstrated on our Live Demo, and our engineering team cannot resolve the issue within 48 business hours of your support ticket, we will issue a full 100% refund.
• Platform Exchange: Purchased the wrong platform (e.g., WooCommerce instead of Shopify 2.0)? Contact us within 14 days and we will exchange your license for the correct theme at no extra charge.

3. How to Request a Refund or Exchange

Email [email protected] with your Order ID (#CCM-2026-XXXXX) and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
